Pizza Yum yum !!!!!

I was just figuring out this morning what to cook for lunch, as kids were having unexpected school holiday.  My younger requested to  make pizza.   I was hunting for a good recipe for quite some time and finally  got a good one from Epicurious.com. It was Giada Delaurentiis recipe.  Came out really delicious and tasty:)))))

3/4 cup warm water
1 quick acting yeast
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp sugar
3/4 tsp salt
3 tablespoon olive oil

Take 3/4 cup of warm water and pour the yeast in it and set aside for 5 min.
Mix the flour, yeast, sugar, salt and olive oil and knead it. I used the kneader in the kitchen aid and made the dough.

Once its done,  take a big bowl and apply olive oil.  Put the dough in that to rest and keep in a warm place. I placed it in the oven for an hour. If the oven is cold pre heat for 170F for a few minutes till the oven is warm and then place it in the oven. It will double itself.

After an hour take the dough out and punch it and place it on the glass board .

Divide the dough in 4 parts.  Take one part,  stretch it and place it on the baking dish.

Next put the homemade marinara sauce, Parmesan, Mozzarella cheese (I got the one from Wegmen the microbial Antonio's mozzarella) and broccoli. Place it in the oven for 15 min at 450F.
